Welcome to Kaos

 Kaos was born in 2022 in Palamós as a result of 3 young enthusiasts in love with gastronomy.

After training in renowned places such as  Celler de Can Roca, Enigma, Compartir and  Disfrutar we've met the 3 of us  in Casamar where the passion was born to open our own project. And here we are; # WE ARE THE KAOS!

With a cuisine based on local, seasonal and quality Mediterranean product.

Cooked and pampered to be shared in the middle of the table and sipped with a good bottle of wine.

In the kitchen; Dovar and Miki.
